We're getting closer every quarter, though, and if you've read our Quality Policy - a companywide commitment to improving products, processes and services...and a continuous evaluation of our Quality Management System - you know we'll get there one day soon.
Other manufacturers don't share this type of information so we can't say how they'd compare. But we can say that we have customers who have been continually buying Hobbs brand products since we opened our doors in 1984 and that wouldn't happen if the quality of our products did not meet their demanding requirements.
