Return Policy

A Return Authorization number must be obtained from Hobbs Medical’s Customer Service Department (800-344-6227) before returning products for evaluation. A reason for the return, lot number(s), catalog number(s), purchase order number(s) and requested disposition of the product(s) are required to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Products opened or used during a procedure will be considered a source of contamination and will not be accepted unless they have been sterilized and/or high level disinfected prior to returning to Hobbs Medical.

Return Authorizations for non-defective, unused or items ordered in error must be returned in the original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase.

All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
