Product Warranty
Hobbs Medical warrants these products to be free from defects and are manufactured with high quality workmanship. The storage conditions and the use of the products are factors beyond the control of Hobbs Medical, which may directly affect it and the results obtained from it. The user assumes responsibility for any consequences which may arise from the final use of the products. Description or specifications appearing in Hobbs Medical literature are meant solely to generally describe the product at the time of manufacture and do not constitute any express warranties. No person has any authority to bind Hobbs Medical to any representation or warranty concerning the products.

All reusable products in this catalog are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months unless otherwise stated. All disposable products in this catalog are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the first use only. If the product proves to be defective Hobbs Medical will replace or credit at Hobbs option. The liability of Hobbs Medical under this limited warranty does not extend to any misuse of these products.

Return Policy
A return authorization number must be obtained in order to return merchandise

	All returns must include a reason for return, lot number, catalog number.
	All unused products returned must be in unopened packages and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
	Used products sent for evaluation will not be accepted unless the products have been cleaned and disinfected.
