Product Warranty
Descriptions or specifications appearing in Hobbs Medical literature are meant solely to generally describe the products at the time of manufacture, and do not constitute any express warranties. Hobbs Medical warrants all of its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Storage conditions and product use are factors beyond the control of Hobbs Medical, and may directly affect the products and the results obtained from them. The user assumes responsibility for any consequences which may arise from the final use of the products. No person has any authority to bind Hobbs Medical to any representation or warranty concerning the products.

Return Policy
A return authorization number must be obtained in order to return merchandise.
All returns must include a reason for return, lot number, catalog number & invoice number.
Returned unused products must be in original Hobbs Medical pouch and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Contaminated products sent for evaluation will not be accepted unless the products have been cleaned and high level disinfected prior to returning to Hobbs Medical.
